Experience:
- Management Reporting: Comparing actuals to budget/forecast (variance commentary)
- Accounting: Month-end close activities and journal entries (needs to understand debits and credits)
- Financial analysis: analyzing data and consolidating the data into easily understandable formats (excel)
- Budgeting/forecasting: Bottoms up build of new budgets and updated new forecasts
Must Haves:
- 1-2 yrs of Financial analyst background
